New Business Development

To deploy and monitor Qimonda business processes, policies and procedures to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of internal and external customer expectation.
Customer Service
Leading small application team to provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers on whatever any request generated.

Handling RMA and samples issue.
Supply Chain, Warehousing &Logistic Management
Work closely with internal AP logistic centre to work out the most proper logistic solution to meet customer’s delivery schedule demanding.
Work closely with third party logistic service provider to make sure goods can be safely and timely delivery to the site per customer’s request.
Regular warehouse visiting to make sure goods are safely stocked and volume are accurate compared with ERP system.
Marketing and product support
Work closely with AP Marketing team and HQ product team to get the latest product roadmap and share this information with customer on regular base.
Develop yearly marketing plan for diversified industry potential customers. Mainly execute like technical indoor and out door seminars. Road show, IC show.Cheap Lacoste Polo Shirts

Monthly sales forecasting data update ins SAP & weekly marketing information update in ERP.
